Description
Resistoseal plastic cement is an all-purpose black mastic composed of bitumen, fibers and mineral fillers, with a low level of solvent. It is used for caulking and repairing holes and cracks. It adheres to most materials without primer. Its economic formulation offers good resistance to temperature variations.
