LATICRETE Flashing Sealant can be applied directly to damp or dry surfaces and cures under several varying weather conditions. This liquid flashing significantly reduces surface prep time by eliminating the need for reinforcing tapes at sheathing joints and inside and outside corners. It simplifies producing air and watertight details in new and existing construction, allowing for the same-day installation and fast flashing of windows, doors, and other applicable assemblies.

- Is compatible with MVIS WCI (Water Crack Isolation Membrane) to provide a system to complete the building envelope
- Meets ASTM D 1970 Nail Sealability requirements to help prevent infiltration of air and moisture
- It’s safe to use – includes no solvents or isocyanates, is non-flammable, and has no harmful VOCs
- Allows for flood testing in 2 hours at 70°F (21°C) or higher and 50% RH
