Simpson Strong-Tie LSTA12 20 Gauge Straps are one of various strap ties that can transfer tension loads between two wood members. LSTA series straps are designed to be used on the edge of 2x material. The nailing pattern helps reduce the chances of the wood splitting. When using a LSTA strap that requires bending the strap can only be bent one time.
